摘要 通过把影响回弹仿真精度的因素分为回弹阶段因素和来自成形阶段的因素,对各主要影响因素进行了分析研究,并通过正交试验对仿真试验方法进行了探索,得出了来自成形阶段影响回弹精度的各因素取值范围。 Through dividing the factors of affecting springback simulation accuracy into the factors of springback stage and the factors of coming from stamping forming stage, the main factors which influence the accuracy of springback simulation were analyzed and researched. A simulation experiment method with orthogonal experiment was explored. The ranges of main factors that influence springback simulation accuracy are offered at length.
