针阀结构对喷油嘴内燃油流动影响的数值分析 被引量:3

摘要 采用CFD动态计算并结合欧拉两相流算法分析针阀结构的不同对燃油在喷油嘴内流动的影响。通过对单锥面针阀和双锥面针阀的喷油嘴进行对比分析,得出一次喷油全过程中单锥面针阀的出口质量流量要比双锥面针阀的少,相应的平均流速也低。由于喷嘴出口流动情况的不同造成了喷雾的形态差异。 The condition of fuel flowing in diesel injector with difference needle were studied by dynamic calculation and with the Euler approach in this paper. The result shows that the mass flow rate and the average velocity were litter in diesel injector with needle of single taper than of double taper. Finally the shape of spay was difference because of the flow conditions at the nozzle exit is not same.
