摘要
本文针对离心式风机叶轮因失衡引起振动,采用"三点法"找平衡时的理论原理探讨,推导出不平衡质量及所处角度的计算公式,进而确定平衡质量及所处角度,规定了操作方法,并通过实际数据验证了公式的正确性。该公式及操作方法,在该类风机该类问题的检修中,有较大的应用价值。
This article centers on the imbalance of the impeller of the centrifugal fan which will cause vibration. The Three- mass-points Method principle will be used as the base for the balance point. The expression of imbalance mass and the de- gree can be deduced by the three-mass-points methods. By this method we can fix on the balance mass and degree. Thus we can draw operation methods. The correctness of the expression is proved by the practical data. This expression and operation methods will benefit for the centrifugal fan maintenance.
