摘要
21世纪将是教育大发展的时代,为适应新时期成人教育改革和发展以及人才培养的需要,建立一支强大的现代化的教师队伍,是发展成人教育事业的战略性措施。要结合社区学院的实际,提出相应的对策建议。
The 21st century will be the era of the great development of education. In order to meet adult＇s educational reform of new period and the needs of development and personnel training, setting up a strong, modernized teaching body is the strategic measure of developing adult＇s educational undertaking. This article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures combining with the reality of community college.
