摘要 文化管理是以人为出发点,并与人的价值实现为最终目的的尊重人性的管理。文化管理是人文化的柔性管理;是团队精神和情感交融的管理;是塑造学校形象、弘扬先进文化的管理;是推进精神文化创新,不断增强学校文化吸引力和感召力的管理。要坚持学校文化管理追求发展、适应变化、突出特色、构建和谐的原则,采取正确的对策,提升学校文化管理的效能。 Culture management is a kind of management that takes people as a starting point and makes the value implementation of people as the ultimate goal. It is also a kind of management which respects human nature. Culture management is humanistic and flexible. It is of team spirit and emotion mingling. With this management, the figure of institutes can be shaped, the advanced culture can be highlighted, the spiritual culture innovation can be promoted and the attraction and appeal of school culture can be enhanced. The culture management's principle of pursuing development, adapting change, outstanding characteristics and constructing harmony should be persisted. The correct countermeasure should be taken to improve the effectiveness of culture management of institutes.
