Culture management is a kind of management that takes people as a starting point and makes the value implementation of people as the ultimate goal. It is also a kind of management which respects human nature. Culture management is humanistic and flexible. It is of team spirit and emotion mingling. With this management, the figure of institutes can be shaped, the advanced culture can be highlighted, the spiritual culture innovation can be promoted and the attraction and appeal of school culture can be enhanced. The culture management＇s principle of pursuing development, adapting change, outstanding characteristics and constructing harmony should be persisted. The correct countermeasure should be taken to improve the effectiveness of culture management of institutes.
