摘要
在建立三峡梯级与清江梯级联合运行模型及计算的基础上,通过对比两梯级单独运行时带来的电力、电量、防洪、航运等方面效益影响。相对对比分析表明,两梯级联合运行后可提高保证出力为440MW,年均增加发电量18.25亿kW.h,对防洪和航运方面的效益也有积极的影响。研究成果对未来三峡梯级与清江梯级水电运行方式安排,对电力企业在激烈的市场竞争中降低成本提供较强的借鉴意义,也为国家的能源基础产业结构配置提供一定的参考。
Based on the determinate optimal model, this paper presents the compensation benefits contrast of the joint optimal operation with single optimal operation of Three Gorges cascade and Qingjiang cascade from the aspects of electric power, electric output, shipping and flood control. Mter comparing the results, joint operation could get more than 440MW electric power and 1. 825 billion kW" h energy output, the benefits of shipping and flood control are obvious. The result indicates that the compensation benefits is considerable, it is very important to promote the joint optimal operation between the Three Gorges cascade and the Qingjiang cascade to improve the comprehensive utilization of water resources and to offer certain references to power enterprises which will reduce their cost in the intense market competition, at the same time it contributes more outstanding contributions to basic energy industry of our country.
