考虑接触摩擦特性的混凝土面板温度应力仿真分析

摘要 本文考虑面板与垫层之间的接触摩擦特性,应用笔者此前建立的温度场与温度应力的接触摩擦单元计算模型,进行了混凝土面板温度场与温度应力的仿真分析,获得了施工期及运行期面板温度场与温度应力的变化及分布规律。通过与面板温度实测结果的对比,证明所获得的面板温度的变化规律是基本符合实际的,也进一步证明上述接触摩擦单元计算模型是合理的。 The contact friction characteristic between face slab and cushion layer is considered in this paper. The thermal field and thermal stress of concrete slab are analyzed by applying the contact friction element computation model of thermal field and thermal stress which is established by the author previously. The variation and distribution laws of thermal field and thermal stress of face slab are obtained during the construction stage and operation period. By comparison with the temperature measured values of face slab, it is proved that the computation values conform to the practical results of the variation laws of face slab temperature, and that the computation model of contact friction element is reasonable.
