摘要
我国科技期刊影响力与世界发达国家有一定的差距,科技期刊应立足专业特色,明确办刊任务和目的,体现刊物的学术价值和应用价值,从而提升刊物的竞争力。
There is a gap in Scientific Journals influences comparing with developed countries. With existed experience and success, Scientific Journals should base upon professional characters, clear theirs goals, show academic value and application value, then raise theirs competitive capability.
