应用Galveston技术联合椎弓根钉系统治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨应用Galveston技术联合椎弓根钉系统治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位的方法和疗效。方法对18例骶髂关节骨折脱位患者应用Galveston技术联合椎弓根钉系统进行骶髂关节复位内固定。结果18例均获得随访,时间8-23个月。所有患者术后X线片均提示骨折复位及内固定位置良好,未发现内固定松动及断裂。采用M ajeed评价标准:满意10例,良好7例,一般1例。结论应用Galveston技术联合椎弓根钉系统治疗骶髂关节骨折脱位,不仅操作方便,而且复位固定可靠,疗效满意。 Objective To discuss the technique and effectiveness of the combined use of Galveston technique and pedicle screw system for the treatment of sacroiliac fracture-dislocation. Methods 18 patients with sacroiliac fracture-dislocation were treated with the combined use of Galveston technique and pedicle screw system. Results All the patients were followed up for 8 - 23 months. Postoperative X-ray showed sufficient reduction of sacroiliac fracturedislocation and good position of internal fixator. Such complications as breakage and loosening of internal fixator did not happen during the follow-up. According to the evaluation criterion of Majeed, excellent outcomes were obtained in 10 cases, good in 7 cases, fair in 1 case. Conclusions The combined use of Galveston technique and pedicle screw system can provide immediate stability and sufficient reduction for sacroiliac fracture-dislocation.
