S2髓内钉远端锁定系统在临床中的应用

The clinical investigation of S2 intramedullary nail distal targeting system

目的对S2髓内钉远端锁定系统进行手术研究,探讨其锁定准确性及简易度。方法对16例胫骨中段骨折和12例股骨干骨折患者行S2髓内钉手术治疗,分析其远端锁定所用时间及C臂X线机使用次数。结果S2胫骨髓内钉远端锁定时间4-12 min（平均6 min）;股骨髓内钉远端锁定时间8-20 min（平均12.4min）;远端锁定C臂X线机使用次数2-8次（平均为4.2次）。经验曲线表明随着术者经验的增加,锁定时间逐渐缩短。结论S2远端锁定系统是一种比较准确的瞄准锁定系统,可有效地节省手术时间,减少手术创伤和C臂X线机使用次数,是一种比较理想的远端锁定系统。

Objective To investigate the effective process of S2 intramedullary nail distal targeting system. Methods 16 tibial fractures and 12 femoral shaft fractures were selected to this study. In the process of operation, distal locking time and C-arm machine usage were recorded. Results The average tibial distal locking time was 6 min and 12.4 min to femeral one. C-arm machine was used 2-Stimes in operation. The experiment curve showed that operation time would be reduced with the increased experiment of surgeon. Conclusions S2 intramedullary nail distal targeting system is one kind of effective one to treat tibia and femoral fracture with less operation time and less invasion.
