工程量清单计价模式下的评标机制研究

2003年7月全国推行工程量清单计价模式,同时出现了工程量清单计价模式下的评标活动。评标工作在招标投标活动中尤为重要,本文分析了重庆市工程量清单评标的现状,找出了影响工程量清单评标的主要原因,提出从机制创新上来保证工程量清单计价模式下的评标工作质量。

The BOQ Pricing Mode has been carded out from July, 2007 in China, at the same time there occurred many bidding appraisal activities under BOQ Pricing Mode. Bidding appraisal is very important in bidding activities, This article analyzed the current situation of bidding appraisal under BOQ pricing mode in ChongQing, found out the main reasons that effected bidding appraisal and proposed that the quality of bidding appraisal work should be guaranteed by mechanism innovation.
