An Investigation of Mental Health among Medical College Students in Shanxi Province

目的:了解医学生心理健康状况,为采取有效的预防措施提供依据。方法:采取分层整群抽样的方法抽取394名医学生进行SCL-90症状自评量表的问卷调查。结果:SCL-90各分量表的同质性信度大于0.7,量表的测量可信;SCL-90各项因子测试各因子均与全国青年常模无统计学差异;不同性别和不同家庭人均月收入的学生在SCL-90各因子得分无显著性差异;不同性格类型的学生SCL-90因子得分有显著性差异,性格内向的学生得分较高。结论:医学生的心理状况不容忽视,应采取有效的措施正确引导。

Objective ： To investigate the status of medical college and provide evidence for prevention meastures. Methods ： a cluster random stratified sample of 394 medical college students were investigated with a SCL - 90 questionnaire. Results ： the value of homogeneity of SCL - 90 questionnaire were higher in factors of SCL - 90 than 0.7, so that the test was reliable; the factorial scores in all factors had no difference between different sex and different family income. The factorial scores in factors of SCL - 90 of in - character were significantly higher than other groups, there were significant difference among three groups. Conclusion： prevention meastures should be taken according to the investigation to maintion physinal and mental health for medical college students.
