摘要
介绍以工业废盐酸和低品位菱锰矿为原料制取氯化锰的工艺研究。通过对浸出过程的理论与试验研究,讨论了各种因素对锰浸出率及产品质量的影响,优化出最佳工艺条件。经净化除杂及蒸发结晶后,氯化锰产品质量符合HG-T 3816-2006标准要求。
This article introduces a craft researching which uses the low-grade rhodochrosite and the industry waste hydrochloric acidas as the rawmaterial to make the chlorination manganese.After studying the leaching process'theory and the experiment,discussing each kinds of factor to influence the manganese leaching rate and the product quality,Optimizing the best craft conditions,the chlorination manganese quality conforms to the standard of HG-T3816-2006.
