聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆的试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆在锚杆灌浆等工程中能增加锚固段的锚固力,提高砂浆的抗裂能力,减少预应力损失,简化施工工艺等。通过试验研究不同规格,不同掺量的纤维所配得的聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆的抗压强度、抗折强度,得出聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆的合理配合比;通过试验研究聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆和普通水泥砂浆的粘结抗剪强度,表明:聚丙烯纤维对水泥砂浆有改性作用;聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆的粘结抗剪强度比同等条件的普通水泥砂浆高;聚丙烯纤维水泥砂浆配制方便、施工工艺简单。 The polypropylene fiber cement mortar can strengthen anchoring force for anchorages segment,improve the resist-craze capability of mortar,decrease the prestressing force loss,simplify the construction technology and so on. The compressive strength and the flexural strength of the polypropylene fiber cement mortar with the distinct standards and the different blending amount of the polypropylene fiber are studied by experimental method and the reasonable mix proportion of the polypropylene fiber cement mortar are obtained. The bonding shear strength of the polypropylene fiber cement mortar and the strength comparison with ordinary cement mortar are researched, and the results make know that the polypropylene fiber possess the modified action to the cement mortar; the shear strength of the polypropylene fiber cement mortar are higher than the ordinary cement mortar in the same conditions; the method confected is convenient and the construction technology is simple.
