不同蒸压制度下长石对粉煤灰制品强度的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用XRD、IR等测试手段,研究了2种长石对粉煤灰蒸压制品性能的影响。结果显示,在1.2 MPa饱和蒸汽压条件下云母与氢氧化钙没有发生水化反应,钾、钠长石能与氢氧化钙生成水化硅酸钙,获得的蒸压制品强度较低。将钾、钠长石掺入粉煤灰蒸压制品中,有利于粉煤灰蒸压制品中C-S-H(I)向托勃莫来石的转化,可以提高其蒸压制品的强度。钠长石的作用优于钾长石。这为含长石尾矿的综合利用找到了一条新的途径。 Autoclaved fly ash products was studied using XRD, IR. The re.suits show that muscovite doesn't react with CH in 1.2 MPa saturated steam pressure. Feldspars can react with CH and form calcium silicate hydrate. But the compressive strength of feldspars CH autoclaved products is lower. It' s favored for forming tobermorite in the fly ash autoclaved products and increasing its compressive strength admixed feldspars. And the action of albite is better than Microcline. It's a new method of comprehensive utilization for tail mines including feldspars.
