摘要
介绍了乙醇汽油的原料接卸、存储,油品调和以及成品销售等工艺设计过程中的各个环节,着重介绍了乙醇汽油调和工艺,指出了乙醇汽油调和应首先采用管道比例调和,并对管道比例调和的几种工艺做了分析比较,最后提出了乙醇汽油生产过程中存在的问题及解决措施。力求使文中对乙醇汽油的设计和施工起到参考作用。
This article describes each sector within design process such as the unload and saving of raw materials, the reconciliation of ethanol and gasoline,and the sale of finished product, focusing on the reconciliation technology,indicating pipe proportion reconcile should be given first priority to use, doing an analysis and comparison for several technologies. Finally puts forward the problems and solutions for ethanol gasoline production process, This article seeks to play reference role for the design and construction of ethanol gasoline.
