摘要 在最近十几年中,微流控芯片技术得到了迅速发展,它可以提高分析速度、增加分析效率、减少样本和试剂的消耗。我们对微流控免疫分析芯片的设计、制作以及应用进行了综述。 In recent 10 years, microfluidic technology has developed rapidly. Hence the speed of analysis can be upgraded, the performance be improved and the consumption of sample and reagent be reduced. In this review, we introduce the design, fabrication and application of microfluidic immunoassay chip.
