Reflections on Establishment of a System of Social-Practice Administration for College Curricula of Moral and Ideological Education

高校思想政治理论课社会实践是高校全面推进素质教育,提高学生实践能力的重要途径。科学构建思想政治理论课社会实践的管理体制,关键在于学校党政一把手齐抓共管,全校上下共同努力,而不是把社会实践工作仅仅看作是某个分管领导的事情。只有厘清学校层面、职能部门层面和院系层面的管理关系,才能形成科学、合理的思想政治理论课社会实践管理体制。

Social practice constitutes an important part of the moral and ideological education courses at college as it is indispensable to the promotion of the education for all-round development as well as to the improvement of students＇ practical competences.The incorporation of a scientific system of social-practice administration in the course design depends,first of all,on the collective effort by a whole school rather than by certain leaders.Therefore,only by well handling the administrative relations among the school authority and its functional departments and affiliated faculties can a scientific and reasonable system be constructed.
