摘要
文章就高校学报适应市场竞争机制,不断提高社会效益和经济效益,向优质、高效转移出发,剖析了高校学报现状,特别是针对浙江高校学报现状,作了高校学报可持续发展方面的思索,提出处理好几个关系,确保高校学报上档次、创精品,开创健康、可持续发展的高校学报新局面。
The paper attempts to look into the current situation of college journals, especially in higher learning institutions of Zhejiang province, in order to explore the sustainable development of prime quality journals to meet the demand of competitive market for desirable social and economic benefits. It puts forward steps to be taken to deal with critical issues in journals＇ editing and publishing to guarantee excellent journals of good quality.
