改良型与传统型托槽粘接方法在防止釉质脱矿的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究改良型托槽粘接操作方法与传统操作方法在防止釉质脱矿上的差异。方法选择15颗离体牙,分别在近远中使用传统型与改良型托槽粘接方法粘接托槽,形成传统组和改良组,以托槽基底下方为对照组,然后进行人工脱矿实验,使用显微放射技术对脱矿后的离体牙进行测量,对比组间差异。结果改良组与对照组脱矿程度无显著差异,而传统组与改良组、传统组与对照组的差异均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论改良型托槽粘接方法可以增强釉质的抗脱矿能力,值得临床推广。 Objective To study the difference of the ability in enamel demineralization resistance between the modified and the conventional bracket-bonding methods. Methods Fifteen extracted teeth were selected, and the brackets were bonded on the labial surface of the teeth. The conventional method was used on the mesial side and the modified method on the distal side. The surface underneath the base of the bracket served as the control. All the samples were put into the artificial saliva for 72 h. Micro-radiography was taken to detect the demineralization, and the differences between the groups were analyzed. Results The demineralization effect in the conventional group was significant compared with the modified and the control group. There was no significant difference between the modified and the control group. Conclusion The modified bracket-bonding method can improve the ability of enamel demineralization resistance and should be introduced to use in clinic.
