摘要 水内冷技术已发展了30余年,国际上已有总结性评论。蒸发冷却是继水冷之后的内冷技术,具有高的可靠性,其优越性已被三台机组共26台年的安全运行所证实。蒸发介质由水发展到R—11、R—113,现在已有替代 R-113的"绿色冷却液"——新氟碳化合物,模型及工业机组实验表明,此技术已经成熟,可以应用于大型水轮发电机上。内冷技术已发展到了新的阶段。 Water cooling has been developed for more than 30 years,and has had a review on summary in the world.Following water cooling,the evaporative cooling with much better reliability is a direct cooling,and it's advantages have been demonstrated by operation ex- perience in 26 set-years of three machines.With the progress in evaporative coolants from wat- er to R-11,then R-113,now a green coolant-new fluorocarbon inert liquid instead of R-113 has been tested in model and commercial machine.It is proved that this technic is mature for large hydro-generator,and direct cooling has been up to a new stage.
