摘要
研究了Nd4.5Fe77B18.5合金在不同快淬速度下,显微组织的变化.当快淬速度为3 m/s时,快淬带的组织为:Nd2Fe14B+α-Fe+Fe3B;当快淬速度为5 m/s时,快淬带的显微组织为Nd2Fe14B+Fe3B;当快淬速度为7 m/s时,开始出现非晶相,快淬带的组织Fe3B+非晶;当快淬速度为20 m/s时,出现完全的非晶相.并分析了在不同快淬速度下形成不同显微组织的原因.
The microstructure of Nd4.5 Fe77 B18.5 alloy melt spun at various speeds was investigated in the paper. It was found that a complex melt spun microstructure of ( Nd2Fe14B + α - Fe + Fe3B) was produced with a melt spinning speed of 3 m/s, a ( Nd2 Fe14 B + Fe3 B) one with 5m/s, a microstructure composed of amorphous phase intervened with Fe3 B yielded when the melt spinning speed reached 7 m/s, and a complete amorphous matter generated at a spinning speed above 20 m/ s. The mechanisms by which these microstructures were formed are discussed as well.
