The application and working process of the throttle valve in unbalanced cavities injection mold were introduced, the design points of the throttle valve were analyzed, manmade balanced design of unbalanced injection system could be achieved by using the throttle valve in injection mold properly and the forming defects were reduced, the quality of plastic parts was improved.
