本文报告了有关职业危害因素对人群的遗传毒性效应的监测进展、存在问题、策略及发展趋势。重点讨论了染色体畸变、微核、姐妹染色单体交换、尿液致突变性及DNA加成物等监测指标。
This paper presents the advances in monitoring occupational populations for the genotoxic effects, its problems, strategies and new trends. The monitoring parameters such as chromosome aberration, micronucleus, SCE, mutagenicity of urine samples and DNA adduct are discussed in detail.
