构建社会主义和谐社会应以什么经济理论为指导

What's The Directory Theory of Constructing the Society of Socialist Harmony

社会主义和谐社会具有两个鲜明的新特点:其一是明确将社会主义作为其社会性质限定,其二是以破解对社会和谐构成严重冲击和比较紧迫的经济社会问题、促进社会和谐作为其问题指向。基于社会主义和谐社会的两个新特点,要求促进社会和谐的经济政策,乃至提供理论指导的经济学基础理论,将这两个新特点作为必须满足的基本要求。以这两个基本要求为基准,对目前中国经济学的众多流派进行分析,得出构建社会主义和谐社会必须以发展的马克思主义经济学为指导的结论。

Compared with the ideas and theories of harmonious society which appeared in the human ideological history the society with socialist harmony highlights two aspects. The first is to restrict its social nature to socialism only. The second is to solve the pressing economic and social problems which constitute serious assault to the socialist harmony. This essay also points out that only the developing Marxism Economics, which will surpass all the other economic theories in China, suits the two theoretical foundations required by the practice of the socialist harmony, and it will be the theoretical basis of the formation of the socialist harmony.
