摘要
实验结果表明,环境高温(40±1℃)及其与CO联合作用(40±1℃+CO40ml/kg)均可使家兔睾丸生精上皮严重受损。生精过程受到严重抑制,曲细精管管径变小,尤以二者联合作用的影响更为明显。睾丸间质细胞数目及其直径均未见明显改变。结果还提示附睾尾中精子数目与生精上皮损伤程度有密切关系。认为高温可使睾丸致损,而其与CO联合作用则使其损伤更明显。
The results of the study showed that the environmental heat (40±1℃) and the combined heat and carbon monoxide (40±1℃ + CO 40ml/kg) caused severe damage to speratogenic epithelium of testes in rabbits.The spermatogenic process was severely inhibited and the diameters of the convoluted seminiferous tubules became short, especially after exposure to the combined heat and carbon monoxide. No marked changes in number and diameters of Leydig's cells of testes were seen. The results also showed that the number of sperms in the tails of epididymis were closely related to the degree of damage in the spermatogenic epithelium.
It was concluded that high temperature might cause damage to testes and more severe damage were made by the combined effect of heat and carbon monoxide.
