摘要
阿霉素(ADM)在0.1mol/LHAc-NaAc底液(pH4.3),富集电位-0.20V(vs.Ag/AgCl)、富集时间120s、扫速100mV/s等条件下,于悬汞电极上产生一灵敏的吸附伏安还原峰,峰电位为-0.45V,峰电流与ADM浓度在1.0×10-9~4.0×10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测限可达5.0×10-10mol/L。该法用于病人尿样中ADM的测定,得到满意的结果。用多种电化学手段研究了阿霉素的伏安行为和反应机理,测定了有关参数。实验表明,体系属可逆吸附波。
In 0.1mol/L HAc NaAc(pH4.3) solution , a sensitive reversible reduction peak of ADM is obtained by adsorptive voltammetry after preconcentration on the surface of HMDE [initial potential -0.2V (Ag/AgCl),accumulation time of 120s and scan rate of 100mV/s].The peak potential is -0.45V.The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of ADM is 1 0×10 -9 ~4 0×10 -7 mol/L.The detection limit is 5 0×10 -10 mol/L,ADM in urine sample is determined by using this method.The voltammetric behaviour of the system and its electrode reaction mechanism are studied by means of linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry,etc .The electrode reduction is shwon to be reversible with adsorptive eharacteristics.
