摘要
本文研究了一种新的固相分光光度法——固相反射分光光度法。论文从理论上推导出反射吸收值AR与物质相应的浓度c的定量关系。并以甲壳素为吸附剂,以铁(Ⅱ)、邻二氮菲和十二烷基磺酸钠(SLS)的缔合物为被吸附物,进行了甲壳素相的反射分光光度法研究。实验表明,pH在2~9范围内,振荡7min后,0.030g甲壳素对含铁(Ⅱ)6μg的缔合物有89.3%的吸附率,并形成红色稳定的甲壳素相,其最大吸收波长为508nm,铁含量在1~6μg/25mL范围内,有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.012mg/L,相对标准偏差为3.58%。方法用于白云岩中铁的测定,结果令人满意。
This paper studied a new solid phase spectrophotometry solid phase reflection spectrophotometry.The paper infers a quantitative relationship between the reflection adsorption value A R and the analytical concentration c.Choosing chitin as the adsorbent to adsorb the complex of iron,phenanthroline and lauryl sodium sulfate.We studied the chitin phase reflection spectrophotometry.Experiments show that,in pH 2~9 medium ,shaking for 7min,0.030g chitin can adsorb 89.3% of the iron complex and form a stable red chitin phase.Its maximum reflection adsorption wavelength is 508nm .In the range of 1~6μg/25mL Fe,there is a good linear relationship between A R and c.The determination limit is 0.012μg/25mL,and the RSD is 3.58% .This method has been successfully used in the determination of iron in geological samples.
