宣肺定喘汤对大鼠气道平滑肌细胞增殖的影响

The Effect of Xuan Fei Ding Chuan Tang on the Proliferation of Rats' Airway Smooth Muscle Cells

目的观察宣肺定喘汤含药血清对体外培养的大鼠气道平滑肌细胞(ASMC)增殖的影响。方法原代培养大鼠ASMC,分为不同浓度的宣肺定喘汤组、地寒米松组及空白对照组,血清药理学方法制备含药血清,MTT法测定含药血清对ASMC增殖的影响。结果宣肺定喘汤含药血清能显著降低培养的大鼠ASMC MTT法OD值,与空白血清组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),与地塞米松组无显著性差异(P>0.01)。结论宣肺定喘汤可以通过抑制ASMC增殖起到抗哮喘的作用,并存在一定的量效关系。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xuan Fei Ding Chuan Tang on the proliferation of Rats＇airway smooth muscle cells （ASMC）. Methods ： The primarily cultured rats of ASMC are divided into different groups of Dexamethasone group, control group and groups fed by Xuan Fei Ding Chuan Tang of different concentration; pharmacological serum is prepared by serum pharmacological method ; MTT is adapted to detect the effect of the pharmacological serum on the proliferation of ASMC. Results ： The pharmacological serum of Xuan Fei Ding Chuan Tang can obviously decrease the cultured rats＇OD value of ASMC detected by MTT. Compared with the bland group, there exists significant difference （p 〈0. 01 ） ; compared with Dexamethasone group, there exists no significant difference （p 〉0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Xuan Fei Ding Chuan Tang can treat asthma by inhibiting the proliferation of ASMC and the dose - effect relationship exists.
