高效液相色谱法测定香附丸中芍药苷的含量

The Study on the Paeoniflorin Content of Xiangfu Pills Detected by RP-HPLC

目的用高效液相色谱法测定香附丸中芍药苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，ZORBAX SB-C18分析柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0．05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-三乙胺（28：72：0．5）；检测波长：230nm；流速：1．0ml·min^-1，柱温：40℃。结果芍药苷在0．44～3．96μg范围内的线性关系良好（r=0．9999），平均加样回收率为98．93％（n=5），重现性试验RSD为0．70％（n=5）。结论方法准确，灵敏度高，重现性好。

Objectivo： To detect the paeoniflorin content of Xiangfu Pills by RP - HPLC. Methods ： RP - HPLC is adapted on ZORBAX SB - C 18 （250mm×4. 6mm, 5um） ; the mobile phase consisting of methanol and potassium dihydrogen and triethylamine （28 ： 72 ： 0. 5） ; the detection wavelength ： 230nm; the flow rate： 1. 0 ml. min - 1 ; the column temperature： 40c. Results ： There exists a good liner relationship in the range of 0. 44 - 3. 96ug （ r = 0. 9999）, the average sample recovery rate is 98. 93% （n =5）, and the relative standard deviation is 0. 70% （n =5）. Conclusions： The method ofRP - HPLC is accurate, sensible and reproducible.
