摘要
目的建立测定小鼠血液乙醇的浓度的灵敏方法。方法取仲丁醇标液1ml和血样0.25ml放入顶空瓶中,用内衬聚四氟乙烯膜的硅垫密封,置电热恒温器中60℃加热平衡30min,气相色谱仪测定小鼠血液的乙醇浓度。结果校正因子Fi/Fs的平均值为3.686,平均偏差为2.15%。结论本方法是测定血液乙醇浓度简便、灵敏、有效的方法。
Objective: To detect the alcohol concentration in Rats' blood. Methods: Sec -butyl alcohol is used as the internal standard and, heated at the temperature of 60℃ and balanced for 30 minutes. Headspace gas chromatograph is adopted to detect the alcohol concentration in Rats'blood. Results: The average value of correction factor Fi/Fs is 3. 686, and the average deviation is 2. 15%. Conclusions: Headspace gas chromatograph is the simple, flexible and effective method to detect the alcohol concentration in Rats blood.
