摘要
本文利用我校近三年来教师教学评估数据和科研成果数据,探讨了财经类高校教师科研水平与本科教学水平之间的相关性,进而分析大学教师科研水平与本科教学相互关系的实然状态,实证结论表明,教学与科研还未达到相互促进和相互提高的状态,笔者还进一步分析了其原因,并提出了若干政策性建议。
This paper probes the relativity between instructors' academic ability and teaching abil- ity in the universities, which is based on the data from teaching evaluation and academic achievements during the three years in UIBE. The conclusion shows that,there is no evidence of linear relativity in the reality, and teaching and academic research can't be promoted and improved inherently and interctively. And then the paper analyzes the possible reasons and provides several suggestions.
