摘要
新型灌注沉桩机采用偏心块振动式机构,强迫振动土壤破裂下沉桩管。该机可用于钢筋混凝土、混凝土和白灰三种桩的灌柱。内设捣实机构可使白灰桩承载能力提高20%左右。减振装置与桩机架之间采用滚动接触,延长导轨使用寿命。
The new type of pile engine of grouting adopts structure of eccentric block vibration, setting pile by forced vibration soil to be broken. It may be used for piling reinforced concrete、concrete, and lime. The internal setting of tamper mechanism makes it be possible to enhance the bearing ability of lime pile by about 20%. Adopting of roll contact between the damping device and the engine flame reduces friction, and prolongs the service life of the guide rail.
