本文评述了目前国内外建筑供水工程中惯用的水泵选型的方法，并对其进行了技术经济比较，提出了关于生活供水加压泵选型的新观点。

This paper discusses the present usual ways of selecting pumps of water supply system in buildings inland and overseas. Their technological and economical properties are compared, and then a new viewpoint of selecting domestic water supply pumps in buildings is brought forward.
