聚羧酸类减水剂的合成研究——大分子单体的合成与表征

摘要 通过聚乙二醇和丙烯酸的脂化反应,制得含有双键的聚氧乙烯长链的大分子单体,用此单体作为合成聚羧酸类减水剂的单体。在不同的溶剂、温度、时间等条件下进行了溶液聚合和本体聚合的研究。结果表明:不同的溶剂对脂化率有显著的影响,环己烷是最佳的溶剂,用环己烷作溶剂,6h 脂化率在95%以上,不同的溶剂的最佳反应温度也不一样,反应温度与共沸点有关。本体聚合,最佳反应温度为115℃。 The macromonomer with double bond and long chain of polyoxyethylene, which was used as one of monomers of polycarboxylate high performance superplasticizer, was prepared by the esterification of polyethylene and acrylic acid. The means of solution polymerization and bulk polymerization under different organic solvents, temperature, time are respectively studied. The esterfication rate is affected obviously by different solvents, and cyclohexane is the best solvent, The conversion rate is more than 95% while reacting 6 hours in cyclohexane. The temperature is distinct with different solvents and is connect with co-boiling point. The best temperature is 115℃ in bulk polymerization.
