Suitable Conditions for Nuclease P 1 Production by P. Citrinum

研究了桔青霉生产核酸酶Ｐ１的适宜培养基和培养条件．培养基组成为：葡萄糖７％，蛋白胨１％，玉米浆０．２％，磷酸氢二钾０．０５％，磷酸二氢钾０．０５％，氯化钙０．０４％，硫酸锌０．０２％，硫酸镁０．０３％，硫酸锰０．０５％，ｐＨ５．４，３０℃发酵６６ｈ酶活达最高值，粗酶液酶活为４００ＩＵ／ｍＬ．

The suitable conditions have been established for nulease P 1 produced by P. citrinum. Composition of the medium is as following: glucose 7%, petone 1%, corn milk 0.2%, K 2HPO 4 0.05%, KH 2PO 4 0.05%, CaCl 2 0.04%, ZnSO 4 0.02%, MgSO 4 0.03%, MnSO 4 0.05%, pH is 5.4. Under these conditions the activity of P. citrinum cultures incubated on rotary shaker at 30℃ for 66 hours are as high as 400 IU/mL.
