摘要
研究了ＡＯＴ－异辛烷反胶束溶液萃取蛋白质时，水相ｐＨ值、离子强度和蛋白质浓度。
Protein extraction using AOTisooctane reverse micelle solutions has been studied. The effect of pH, ionic strength and protein concentration in a bulk aqueous phase, of AOT concentration in an organic phase and of solvent ratio on lysozyme and αchymotrypsin extraction on extraction are presented.
