摘要
本文采用筛选出的辛烷作挟带剂,对共沸精馏法浓缩化学纯磷酸和二水物湿法磷酸进行了研究。浓缩后磷酸的P2O5浓度分别达到57%和50%左右。本法具有能耗低,P2O5损失少、腐蚀性小、不易结垢以及挟带剂可循环使用等特点。
Octane experimentally selected as a smuggler for the process of concentrating phosphoric acid by azeotropic distillation were studied The concentrated phosphoric acid of~57%P 2O 5 and~50%P 2O 5 can be produced from the reagent diluted phosphoric acid and wet-process phosphoric acid by azeotropic distillation method This new method has following advantages:energy consumption and the loss of P 2O 5 are low,corrosion and scaling are reduced and the smuggler can be reused,etc
