农村中小学体育师资队伍现状及对策研究——以云南省曲靖市农村中小学为例

A Study on PE Teachers in Primary and Secondary School——A Case of Qujing Country Schools

采用问卷调查、文献资料研究等方法,对曲靖市农村中小学体育教师的基本现状进行调查分析.研究结果表明:年龄呈年轻化趋势,教师的配置、职称结构不合理,教师的学历、工作量基本合理,但福利条件与其他教师相比明显偏低.针对存在的问题应加强队伍规划、提高福利待遇、优化队伍.

With a questionnaire designed by the author, a survey has been conducted in some primary and secondary country schools in Qujing. The study shows that a younger - oriented trend of the P.E. teachers has been formed, the distribution and acadamic title structure of the P.E. teachers are abnomal,and the welfare to the teachers is inferior to the teachers in other fields. It also shows that the teachers are qualified with educational background and share proper workload. This paper proposes solutions to the above issues that a blueprint of the PE teachers should be made, welfare to the teachers should be raised and an integration of the teachers should be conducted.
