运用文献资料、数理统计、逻辑推理等方法,对亚洲冬季运动项目竞技实力格局进行研究分析,提出我国备战第二十一届冬季奥运会的策略:继续深化举国体制,实施和推进"北冰南展";认真研究、加强冰雪项目的合理布局;重视和加强高水平后备人才培养;重视科研,提升医疗保障;继续实施"送出去,请进来"策略;重视冬季运动项目特征和训练规律的研究.

Through the method of literature study, mathematical statistics and logic reasoning, based on the research and analysis of the strength situation of Asian winter sports program, have found out some problems of training and competition in China winter sports program, made out a series of strategic countermeasures for China＇s preparation for the 21st Winter Olympic Games.
