滇西小学骨干教师教学效能感分析——以弥渡、祥云为例

摘要 运用教学效能感量表对滇西小学教师教学效能感现状调查及分析后的结果显示:滇西小学教师的个人教学效能感高于总体教学效能感和一般教学效能感;弥渡小学骨干教师与非骨干教师个人教学效能感差异没有达到显著水平,一般教学效能感以及总体教学效能感的差异达到极其显著水平;祥云小学骨干教师与非骨干教师个人教学效能感有明显差异,二者的一般教学效能感以及总体教学效能感水平的差异不显著. Four hundred and ninty - six primary school teachers were tested by teacher' s efficacy scale, and the study shows that: the personal teaching efficacy of the primary school teachers is higher than the whole teaching efficacy and the general teaching efficacy; the personal teaching efficacy differences between the excellent and general teacher of Mi Du affect the teaching efficacy little, but the general and whole teaching efficacy differences between them are very obvious; the personal teaching efficacy differences between the excellent and general teacher of Xiang Yun affect the teaching efficacy obviously, but the general and whole teaching efficacy differences between them are little.
