肿瘤科护士心理状况及应对方式调查

A survey of psychological conditions of nurses in tumor department and their coping styles

[目的]探讨肿瘤科护士心理状况及其应对方式。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及简易应对方式量表(SCSQ)对49名肿瘤科护士进行问卷调查。[结果]肿瘤科护士SCL-90量表总分与国内常模比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),躯体化、焦虑、强迫症状、抑郁、恐怖因子分高于国内常模(P<0.05或P<0.01);肿瘤科护士积极应对方式得分明显低于国内常模(P<0.01);躯体化、强迫症状及恐怖因子与年龄呈正相关,抑郁因子与年龄呈正相关,与学历呈负相关,焦虑与婚姻状况正相关。[结论]肿瘤科护士躯体化、焦虑、强迫、抑郁、恐怖症状较重,应采取积极的应对方式。

Objective： To probe into the psychological status of nurses in tumor department and their coping styles. Methods： A total of 49 nurses in tumor department were investigated by adopting SCL- 90 and simple coping style questionnaire （SCSQ）. Results： There was no statistical difference in terms of general scores of SCL - 90 scale between nurses in tumor department and the domestic norm （P 〉 0.05）. However, the scores of somatization, anxiety, compulsion, depression and terror factors of nurses were all higher than that of the domestic norm （P〈 0.05 or P〈 0.01 ）. The score of positive coping style of nurses in tumor department was much lower than that of domestic norm （P〈0.01）. Factors of somatization, compulsion, terror, and depression of nurses were positive correlated with their age. Depression factor was negative correlated with their academic career. Anxiety of nurses was positive correlated with their marital state. Conclusion： Nurses in tumor department have severe symptoms of somatization, anxiety, compulsion, depression and terror. Toward which, they should take some positive coping styles.
