产妇产前会阴消毒方法的改进及其效果观察

Improvement on method of perineum sterilizing for prenatal parturient and observation on its effect

[目的]探讨产妇产前快速有效的产前会阴消毒方法。[方法]将阴道分娩的120例初产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组采用0.1%碘伏、0.5%碘伏两步消毒法,对照组采用肥皂水、清水、0.5%碘伏3步消毒法,观察两组产妇会阴消毒时间、会阴消毒前后细菌培养结果、会阴伤口愈合情况。[结果]两组消毒后无细菌生长,且观察组消毒时间少于对照组(t=37.88,P<0.01)。[结论]两步会阴消毒法操作具有可行性。

Objective： To probe into quick and effective method of sterilization of perineum for prenatal parturient. Methods： A total of 120 primipara undergoing vaginal delivery were divided into test and control group randomly, 60 cases each. Two - step sterilization with 0.1% iodophors and 0.5 % iodophors was carried out for test group primipara. Primipara of control group were adopted threestep sterilization with soapsuds, clean water and 0.5 % iodophors. Then sterilization time of perineum, results of bacterial culture before and after steril- ization of perineum, and condition of wound healing of perineum of all cases were observed. Results： There was no bacteria growth after sterilization of the two group cases. And the sterilizing time of test group primipara was shorter than that of control group （ t = 37.88, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Two - step sterilization of perineum for primipara is feasible.
