血液透析病人自我管理效能问卷的信度和效度研究

A study on reliability and validity of self-management efficacy questionnaire for patients undergoing hemodialysis

[目的]对血液透析病人自我管理效能问卷进行信度和效度测定。[方法]对形成的血液透析病人自我管理效能问卷中的49条初始化问卷,先通过3名透析护士进行内容效度评定,访谈10例透析病人进行表面效度评定后,对55例血液透析病人进行了问卷调查。[结果]经主因子分析及正交旋转后确定39个条目,累计贡献率47.244%,问卷的结构与原设计时基本一致;问卷内部一致性信度Cron-bach’sα为0.948;自我管理效能分数与一般自我效能感量表总分呈显著正相关(P<0.01),与透析间歇期体重增加值呈负相关(P<0.05)。[结论]形成的血液透析病人自我管理效能问卷有较好的信度、效度和实用性。

Objective： To evaluate the reliability and validity of self- management efficacy questionnaire for hemodialysis patients. Methods： For the 49 initialized questionnaires in forming self - management efficacy questionnaire of hemodialysis patients were evaluated on content validity by 3 dialysis nurses at first. Then surface validity of it was evaluated by interviewing 10 cases of hemodialysis patients. And 55 cases of hemodialysis patients were investigated by filling out the questionnaires. Results： Three factors were chosen, and 39 items were determined by main factor analysis orthogonal rotation. The integrating contribution ratio of it was 47. 244 %. The structure of the question- naire was mainly coherent with the primary design. The internal concordance Cronbach＇s acoefficient of questionnaire was 0. 948. The score of self- management efficacy showed significantly and positively correlated to the general score of self-efficacy （P〈 0.01 ）, and negatively correlated to increased body weight in intermission of hemodialysis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The questionnaire formed on selfmanagement efficacy for hemodialysis patients has better reliability, validity and practicality.
