摘要
随着我国对外贸易的蓬勃发展,电放提单由于能有效地解决近洋运输过程中"货等单"情况而在实际业务中被广泛运用。电放操作在给贸易各方带来方便快捷的同时,也带来了一定的风险。本文首先介绍了电放提单的含义和基本流程,然后分析了电放业务中可能存在的风险,最后提出了防范风险的措施。
With the rapid development of China Foreign trade, due to surrendered B/Lis effective solving the fast ships problem, it is extensively applied in shipping industry practices. Nevertheless surrendered B/L brings in the certain risk vis- à - vis its convenience. This paper introduces the conception of surrendered B/L and its procedure, analyzes its risks, and finally provides the measurements of how to defend such risks.
