摘要
科学合理地进行物流规划与管理是优化实现交通工程项目目标的重要保证。本文基于交通工程项目物流活动特点的分析,针对目前交通工程项目物流管理中存在的主要问题,提出了加强交通工程项目物流管理的措施。
It is essential to optimize and realize the objects of engineering that planning and managing logistics scientifically. This paper studies the pattern of communication-engineering projects＇logistics activities and reveals the weakness of its logistics management. Based on this in-depth analysis, it also presents the measures to strengthen the logistics management.
