Composite Cavity Injection Locking for Small Sized TEA CO 2 Lasers

摘要 提出了一种新的小型TEACO2激光锁定技术复合腔注入锁定技术,并介绍了它的原理。从理论上分析了复合腔注入锁定激光器的频率特性。 A new type of laer locking technique for small sized TEA CO 2 laserscomposite cavity injection locking and its principle are presented. The frequency characteristics of a composite cavity injection laser are analyzed theoretically. The preliminary experimental results of the locking technique are given.
