摘要 班主任工作最能反映教育的复杂性、育人的细腻性。完美地胜任班级管理工作需要班主任的热情与智慧。班主任工作智慧的培植源自其研究性的工作实践。班主任工作的研究性可表现在:给日常管理工作注入理性思考;把工作经验与感受提炼为理论观点和管理思想;将班主任的工作计划以课题形式来确立、操作。
