摘要
本文应用秩和比法对医院职工业绩进行了综合评价,有效地提高了职工工作的积极性和创造性。本文还介绍了一种与秩和比直接挂钩的奖金分配方法,有一定的实用和推广价值。
Staffs achievement evaluated comprehesively by RSR method benefits to increase the initiative and creativity of the staffs. One method of bonus distribution related directly with RSR was introduced , and has the value of practical and using extensively.
