卡托普利与硝苯地平对原发性高血压的疗效比较

primery Hyperfension Curative Effect Contract/Treated with Captoprili or Nifedipine

目的：通过两者的临床观察，对比，进一步探讨卡托普利和硝苯地平治疗原发性高血压疗效。方法：对76例原发性高血压分为两组，卡托普利组47例，25mg每天二次。硝苯地平组29例，10mg每天三次，对比观察。结果：卡托普利对原发性高血压的疗效优于硝苯地平。结论：卡托普利是治疗原发性高血压的首选药物。

objective: Further studying the curative effect of primary hypertensionwith captoprili or Nifedipine by clinical observing. Method:76 cases were divided in-to two parts 47 cases treated with captoprili,two-times a day, 25 mg once; 29 caseswith Nifedipine,three-times a day, 10 mg once. observing the different effect. Re-sult: Captoprili effect is better than Nifedipine's. Conclusion: Captoprili should bethe first choice for primary hypartension.
